General Provisions and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between bk333 ("Platform", "we") and any user ("Member", "you"). The term "Service" in these Terms refers to the betting and gaming facilities provided through bk333's website, mobile application and any other digital channel.

By accessing the platform or creating an account, you will automatically be considered to have accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to refrain from using the service.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

bk333's services are available only to those who are at least 21 years of age. By opening an account, you declare that you are 21 or older. Providing false information about your age may result in account suspension and forfeiture of deposited funds.

The platform may at any time request a government-issued ID (national ID card, passport) for identity verification. Withdrawal may be restricted until verification is complete.

Account Creation and Management

Each individual may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be closed and deposited funds and bonuses may be forfeited.

The following conditions apply to account creation:

• Accurate and complete personal information must be provided at the time of registration.
• Keeping the password confidential is the member's own responsibility.
• Any unauthorised access to the account must be reported to the platform immediately.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold or assigned to a third party.
• The mobile number and email linked to the account must be kept active and correct.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply to depositing and withdrawing funds at bk333. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Accepted payment methods on the platform:

The same methods may be used for withdrawals. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. However, in some cases it may take longer due to identity verification or additional security review.

Deposits and withdrawals may only be made from a payment account registered in the member's own name. Using a third-party account may result in the transaction being cancelled and the account being suspended.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

Various bonuses and promotional offers are available at bk333. Each offer has its own wagering requirement, and the bonus amount cannot be withdrawn until that requirement is met.

A welcome bonus of 100% on the first deposit is provided, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: on a ৳1,000 deposit receiving a ৳1,000 bonus, the total balance will be ৳2,000 and ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

General terms and conditions for bonuses:

• Bonuses are applicable only in eligible games or betting sections.
• Another bonus may not be claimed while one bonus is active, unless the platform specifically permits it.
• Winnings earned through a bonus may only be withdrawn once the wagering requirement has been met.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and associated winnings may be forfeited.
• The platform reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

VIP Program and Cashback Policy

bk333's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Members can advance to higher levels based on their activity and participation on the platform.

The weekly cashback rate at each level is as follows:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Weekly cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings). For example: if a Gold member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180.

Cashback does not have separate wagering requirements like bonuses, however the platform reserves the right to modify this policy if needed.

Betting and Gaming Rules

bk333 has specific rules for sports betting, live casino, slots and other games. The separate rules for each section can be found on that section's page.

General rules applicable to all betting activities:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bk333 reserves the right to cancel those bets.
• If evidence of manipulation of the outcome of any event or game is found, the relevant bet may be voided.
• Operating as a betting cartel or group syndicate is prohibited.
• The maximum bet limit on a single event is set by the platform and may change.

bk333 reserves the right to forfeit any winnings where evidence is found of abnormal profit gained from a faulty game or betting situation.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bk333 platform:

• Collecting bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Any attempt to hack or intrude into the platform's software or gaming systems.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Using third-party accounts or payment methods.
• Opening or verifying an account with a false identity or documents.
• Threatening, harassing or attempting to defraud other members.

If any such activity is detected, the account may be permanently closed, funds forfeited and legal action taken if necessary.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, an attempt must first be made to resolve it through bk333's customer service team. If the dispute cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the relevant legal process will be followed. In the interpretation of any part of these Terms, the Bengali language version will be considered final.
